Huang, Jung-Hsien (Jack)
Independent Director of Yuanta Core Pacific Securities Jung Hsien Huang is the former Chairman of the Board of the Central Trust of China. Mr. Huang is an experienced banker with more than 3 decades in the industry and a solid reputation since he started out in 1973. He retired from his position as Chairman on September 2003 after serving for almost 4 years at the Central Trust of China. Mr. Huang led Taipei Bank to listed status during his stay as CEO from 1996 to 1999. Before that, he served as the executive VP of Chiao Tung Bank (CTB), similar to the Development Bank of Singapore (DBS) at that time. Most of Mr. Huang¡¦s experience was built up at CTB where he covered areas including auditing, loan, credit & research and global investments between 1973 and 1996. He graduated from National Cheng Chi University of Taipei, Taiwan. He has also
participated in the Advanced Management Program for Overseas Bankers at the WhartonSchool, University of Pennsylvania in the U.S.
