Lee-Chiou Chang has served as President of Yuanta since 1998. Prior to joining Yuanta, he served as the President of Grand Cathay Securities from 1994 to 1998. From 1985 to 1994, he held various positions with the Securities and Futures Commission, MOF, including serving as the commissioner. Mr. Chang holds a Masters of Social Science in Insurance from the National Chengchi University.
